I help you with my friend. ← ○ともだちと（一緒に）てつだいます。
×ともだちをてつだいます。
I’m going to meet my friends. ←○ともだちとあいます。
○ともだちにあいます。
×ともだちをあいます。
“を” = I do something.
“と “= I do something with someone.
“に” = I do to do something.
